CHARACTERplus receives grant from Franklin County Children's Service Fund

CHARACTERplus received a $22,392 grant from Franklin County Children's Service Fund to pilot the program, The CHARACTERplus Way and Bullying Prevention Program, in Washington West and Labadie Elementary Schools in Washington School District. This program will train teachers on how to effectively and proactively prevent bullying in their schools. In addition, methods to track bullying incidences will be implemented in both participating schools. This program will begin in January 2011 and run through the calendar year, ending in December 2011. Contact Robin Adkison for mor information.
