The Friends of CHARACTERplus was started in 2005 to bring together supportive community members who believe in the importance of character education. Their mission is to help CHARACTERplus®, a division of Cooperating School Districts, increase public awareness of the character education services they provide to the community,educators, and parents of school-aged children. Click here to read our privacy policy Friends of CHARACTERplus Board Mission Statement: To help CHARACTERplus increase public awareness of the importance of character education and of the services they provide to the schools in the community A Friends of CHARACTERplus board has been formed to help achieve this mission, the Friends Board is committed to the following areas: · Continually soliciting new board members who will take an active role in helping the board with their mission · Working with the CHARACTERplus staff to put out an informative newsletter twice a year · Working with the CHARACTERplus staff and planning and advisory council to increase the awareness of the program in participating school districtsDonate your old car to Friends of CHARACTERplus, it will be picked up with no charge to you, the vehicle can be in any shape, it does not matter!
