Relationships! Relationships! Relationships! It sounds simple, but can all your students say they have positive relationships with all of the adults in the building? If not, this workshop is for you.
This workshop will share practical strategies to build relationships around student interest, strengths and needs…in that order. Participants will learn how to balance authority, adultism and student autonomy and strategies to partner with students for their success.
